I am a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer with a strong belief in the power of movement and an active lifestyle. With a holistic and client-centred approach, I specialise in weight loss, diabetes management, body toning, and glute shaping, helping members feel stronger, healthier, and more confident both inside and outside the gym.

I create personalised training programmes tailored to individual goals, abilities, and lifestyles. My background in life coaching and mental health awareness allows me to support clients not only physically, but also mentally, ensuring sustainable results and long-term wellbeing.

Strength training came into my life in my late teens when I was working as a professional violinist. What started as a way to alleviate the various pains, aches and postural issues linked to hours of practice on my instrument became a way of life.

I apply a holistic approach to my training, and love to mix and match strength training with cardio based sessions, with a strong focus on core and posture. I have been enthusiastic about fitness for over 30 years and believe there is a way for everybody to enjoy the benefits of being fitter.

Fitness is very important to me both for mind and body.

I have been involved with sports and fitness since the age of 12. Keeping in shape means everything to me and it has become a passion for me to help others to achieve their fitness goals. I aim to train, work hard and improve daily, which is what I aim to provide to all my clients. I believe in practise makes perfect!

My main sporting interest are Football, Boxing, Mix Martial Arts and Athletics. Playing football as a Semi-Professional, gave me the discipline and consistency needed to train hard and enjoy every session.
